Our Story
The Beginning
Eli Dumke, founder, has always been drawn to real estate, along with a deep love for travel and creating meaningful experiences with family. Exploring new places and making lasting memories has always been central to who he is.
While working in a leadership role for a national company, Eli spent years traveling and staying in hotels and short-term rentals across the country. Time and again, he found himself underwhelmed by the quality and overall guest experience—often thinking, this could be done better.
What started as a simple idea turned into a side hustle while still in the corporate world. Driven by a desire to elevate the guest experience, Eli set out to create more than just a place to stay—he wanted to create something memorable.
That vision quickly became a passion. Recognizing the opportunity to make a greater impact, Eli stepped away from his corporate career to fully pursue the business.
Today, as Founder, he is focused on creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed spaces that bring people together and help create lasting memories.
